343rd Squadron 98th BG korea Cap

Introducing the 343rd Squadron B-1 Bomber style cap fitted sizes available in S/M and Large. A timeless nod to our USAF heroes of the Korea War. The colors Orange and Black signify the Squadrons' identifiable colors painted on the B-47 and B-52 flying fortress bomber planes. The 343rd was activated during World War II and engaged in theatre operations that turn the tides of the war. During the Korean War the squadron , stationed out of Yokota JP focused on interdiction of enemy lines of communications, attacking rail lines, bridges and roads which also included night missions. The squadron also flew missions that supported United Nations ground forces.
